We run a mix of free online events, from one-hour live Zoom sessions and panel discussions to Open House debriefs and our HOSA Fieldtrips. The same event will happen at multiple times to accommodate multiple regions from APAC to Europe to NA. All times are shown in Irish Time.

We've barely scratched the surface of what it means to be human, yet we've built entire ways of living, learning and working around the fraction we think we understand. And that has consequences. For how we see ourselves, how we understand each other, and what we believe is possible.
Welcome to the HOSA Field Trip.
A cinematic journey into the extraordinary Human Operating System (HOS) that makes your experience of life possible.
You are not a head on a stick. You are a living, breathing, energy-dependent system. An extraordinary whole, made up of interdependent systems, constantly responding to and interacting with the world around you.
And there is so much more to you than you've been led to believe.
Part cinema. Part education. Part collective exploration.
We open with 15 minutes of cinematic storytelling, followed by live conversation, questions and discovery. We close with another 15-minute production that brings the whole experience together.
It's entertaining. Educational. Inspiring. Mind-bending.
And has left more than a few people speechless.
We began running these Fieldtrips last year. Since then, 30% of participants have returned three times, and 25% have joined us eight times or more.
We're running Fieldtrips on Fridays throughout 2027 to accommodate different time zones.

Field Trips happen on the last Friday of each month throughout 2027.
Field Trips start times include: 5am, 7am, 1pm and 3pm Irish Time on the Friday.
