What You Will Learn
The HOSA Equation is at the heart of the programme:
Recovery Capacity = Total Energy – (Biological Load + Threat Load)
It provides a practical way to understand why performance fluctuates,
why change does not hold, and where intervention is required.
By the end of this programme, you will be able to:
-
apply the HOSA Equation
-
distinguish between Total Energy, Biological Load and Threat Load
-
identify how each affects available capacity
-
shift from symptom management to capacity restoration
-
understand the Observation - Constraint - Intervention process
-
support biologically coherent change that holds
Programme Delivery
The programme is delivered over 12 weeks on our dedicated
e-learning platform.
Each week introduces a core component of the Human Operating
System. The material is sequential. Early concepts become the lens through which later material is understood.
The programme includes:
-
12 live classes with Q & A
-
weekly email guidance
-
videos, presentations, and notes
-
exercises and real-time application
-
discussion through the e-learning platform
-
recordings for review and consolidation

Time Commitment
Participants should expect:
-
1 live session per week
-
Up to 1 hour of review and application per week
This is not designed to be consumed passively. It is a training in perception, application, and systems-level understanding.
Certification
Participants who complete the programme receive the HOSA Practitioner Certificate of Achievement.
Certification is based on participation, engagement, and demonstrated understanding of the model.
To qualify, participants must:
-
attend a minimum of 10 out of 12 live sessions
-
engage with the learning materials and exercises
-
participate in discussion and application throughout the programme
This certification is not a clinical qualification or therapy licence. It is recognition of applied understanding and a foundation for further development.
If you want to understand behaviour more accurately, identify constraints more precisely, and support change that holds, this programme provides the foundation.

Why This Programme
Most approaches to change target what is visible.
HOSA works at the level of the system producing what is visible.
This programme offers a coherent framework for understanding how behaviour, capacity, and change operate under constraint, and how those constraints can be observed and addressed in a way that enables change that holds.
Who the Programme Is For
The HOSA Practitioner Programme is designed for:
-
practitioners
-
clinicians
-
therapists
-
coaches
-
educators
-
guides
-
change professionals
It is particularly suited to people who want a model that sits beneath the work they already do, enabling more accurate assessment and more precise intervention to facilitate change that holds.
